FAQ
I cannot send NFTs traded on the secondary marketplace to my Pebble Wallet.
Users are currently unable to transfer NFTs which has been listed on certain secondary marketplace or purchased from them to Pebble Platform Wallet.
To use NFTs on the Pebble platform, they must not be placed in Kiosk.
During the listing process on the secondary marketplace, the NFT is placed in Kiosk.
To transfer an NFT which has already been listed in the secondary marketplace to Pebble platform, it must be withdrawn from the Kiosk first.
The issue arises because some secondary marketplaces do not support a withdraw function at the moment.
Anyone planning to use NFTs on a platform or in a game in the near future should be cautious when listing on or purchasing from secondary marketplace until the issue is resolved.
The Pebble devs are in close discussions with secondary marketplace and the SUI team to resolve the issue.
We will announce it as soon as the solution and the expected resolution time are finalized.
What is the total supply of the collection?
The total supply is 2,000 NFTs, with 1,000 NFTs for each casino: Jackpot Planet and Showdown.
How can I get on the Whitelist?

When is the Reveal?
NFTs will be revealed within a week after the presale. The exact date will be announced following the presale.
Is there a limit to the number of NFTs I can purchase?
No, there is no limit except in Stage 1, where guaranteed whitelist holders can purchase only 1 NFT per casino type. In Stages 2 and 3, you can purchase as many NFTs as you want!
When can I link my Membership NFT to my Pebble City game account?
You will be able to link your Membership NFT after the Pebble City Grand Opening in Q1 2025.
Is there a limit to the number of NFTs I can link to my Pebble City game account?
No, there is no limit. You can link all the Membership NFTs you own.
Why am I seeing a message that the previous transaction has not been completed?
If you attempted to purchase an NFT, new purchases are restricted for 30 seconds to ensure the purchase quantity. Please wait and try again. If the issue persists after 30 seconds, contact us via the Discord channel.
Why am I seeing a message that my request was rejected?
Your transaction may have been rejected in the Wallet App or failed due to network settings issues. Please check if the network in your connected Wallet App is set to mainnet and try again.
